12/1/2009 aku started on the Jump Start of my diet program. Jump start ni macam bagi kejutan kat body aku that now i will be on Protein Diet. I only take protein and i want u to burn the fat not muscle or anything.. just fat. Aku nak body aku tau yang aku hanya akan amik carbs within the 50-100g range and after two days aku realise that my body tak boleh amik more than 60g. So aku kena jaga-2 on my carb intake.
Anyway....i feel good in fact better. I feel lighter....I feel more energetic and I feel younger..yeay !
