Banyak daging kurban, why not rendangkannya...I made this simple rendang yesterday.
500 g beef - cut into medium size bit
Blend this stuff :-
1' tumeric (or u can use the powder, i prefer fresh because it has better flavor and color)
20 pcs chili kering
10-15 chili api
300 ml Santan (or RM 3 <> 21/2 coconut)
Daun kunyit - shred into small strips
2-3 tbsp Kerisik (toast coconut until dark, blend it to a fine paste)
Put everything in a heavy base pan, simmer until thick and rendang turns into black (dark brown).
