Not the eggs, it the oatmeal

Last several posts i was blaming the egg making my Supposedly Mrs. Fields cookies turn out hard, but the latest breakthrough,well it's not the egg at all. It's the way i process the oatmeal. i should blend it coarse, not superfine. Well at last i got the answer and save on the cost of eggs.
