Chocolate Ganache

Chocolate Ganache is the most popular chocolate cake topping. This morning i've stumbled on a new creation that is so easy. Usually i used double cream, but somehow this morning I ran out of it. The only cream left was the whipping cream..what the heck it's still a cream. The result, walahhhhhhhh just great !

The World Most Simple Choc Ganache.

200g cooking chocolate
100 g whip cream

Melt chocolate, mix the cream, heat for a while in the microwave. Mix it all up with a whisker. At this moment the ganache is still runny, so keep aside until it is well set. Once set, splash it on your cake. Done !

Grab a book and relax your feet baby !!!

But just want to share with you, bab double cream tu. Double cream tu is actually heavy whipping cream. So kalau you guna normal whipping cream tu kira dah sama lah.. cuma double cream has higher butterfat content..
