Steamed Chocolate Cake

Who doesn't love moist chocolate cake. This recipe is unique coz it is steamed instead of the regular baking. By steaming the cake tend to be moisturer and with a softer texture.

Recipe :-

375 g butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 tin evaporated milk

4 eggs

2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

a) Boil water in the steamer.
b) Melt butter, on a slow fire, once it is melted, add in sugar, and milk, keep stiring until just boil.
Let it cool for a while, then add in the eggs.
c) Sift all the dry ingredients and mix into the butter mixture, stir well.
d) Pour in a 9' square tin, cover with a cling wrap and steam for 11/2 hours.

Chocolate Ganache
100 g double cream
200g chocolate.

a) Heat double cream, add chocolate and stir untul well mix. Cool.
b) Pour on the cool cake, and serve.
